You can then progress on to our Body conditioning sessions to maintain and increase your hard earned results. The 10 week Back to Basics course has all the benefits of personal training with the advantage of shared costs and team spirit as you bond with your inspired crew mates!
A fitness test is carried out at the start of each course and then fitness is assessed again at the end of each course so that improvements are observed and recorded.
Bikini Boot Camp
Introducing the best way to achieve a bootylicious body for the Spring and Summer season. A specifically designed fitness course to deliver maximum results and the body that you dream of. Small groups of just 4-5 people led by professional Personal Trainers with the best qualifications in the industry and many years of experience.
A total body workout is followed by body fat monitoring and weekly measurements are recorded to monitor progress. Nutritional advice and diet plans are individually formulated. Working problem areas such as legs, bums and tums to sculpt your body ready for that bikini moment. Follow our 10 week training programme to drop a dress size and flatten your stomach. Body Conditioning
Aimed at those who already have an intermediate level of fitness or who have just completed the Back to Basics course. This 10 week energising course is focused on strengthening the key muscle groups and improving muscle definition and stamina. Exhilarating, energetic and effective this results driven course intensifies your fitness and will leave you feeling sensational.

Commando Fitness
A powerful high intensity commando style training course in small groups of 4-5 people. Functional training utilising resistance and weights on our energetic course specifically designed by ex-serviceman Leighton Bentley. Challenge yourself in our majorly motivating environment to invigorate you to work hard and achieve your objective.
