Your group training sessions can take place at your usual gym or on-site at your place of work (this must be a purpose-fit environment).
Wherever you choose to train, the sessions will take place at a convenient time for you.
- Intensive training, suitable for groups of 4-5 people (to be booked in blocks of 10 sessions).
- Weekly training sessions for a minimum of 6 people (to be booked annually).
- 30 minute sessions available - ideal for a lunch-time training programme.
- We can also help prepare clients for medicals.
- For maximum motivation, train with up to 4 friends (to be booked in blocks of 10 sessions).
Women Only Sessions
- Any of the training programmes above can be offered as Women Only sessions.
