All of the services we offer to our individual clients can be tailored to cater for group and corporate clients. Whether you are a group of friends wanting to make positive changes, or a company wanting to boost the morale of your work force, we will have the solution for you.

Group Training

Your group training sessions can take place at your usual gym or on-site at your place of work (this must be a purpose-fit environment).

Wherever you choose to train, the sessions will take place at a convenient time for you.


  • Intensive training, suitable for groups of 4-5 people (to be booked in blocks of 10 sessions).

Company Packages

  • Weekly training sessions for a minimum of 6 people (to be booked annually).
  • 30 minute sessions available - ideal for a lunch-time training programme.
  • We can also help prepare clients for medicals.

Group Sessions

  • For maximum motivation, train with up to 4 friends (to be booked in blocks of 10 sessions).

Women Only Sessions

  • Any of the training programmes above can be offered as Women Only sessions.
  • (Minimum group sizes and sessions apply.)
