We offer a consultation on your eating habits and address all areas of body health, such as body fat and cholesterol, before developing a diet and training programme to combat any problems you may be experiencing.

Our body health checks are also available to you as an individual service. A body health check can help you monitor your own health and well-being, and even help to prepare you for a medical.

We also work alongside GPs to help clients with nutritional problems. We specialise in helping people with diabetes, high cholesterol and eating disorders. We can provide diet plans to help with weight gain or weight loss.
